Yale Charge Account
The University offers the option of charging certain designated optional items and services to your student account. Included among these are various printing and copying services, extra meals and snacks at Yale Dining Service facilities and purchases at the Yale Bookstore (owned and operated by Barnes & Noble). Charges at the Yale Bookstore are limited to $1,000 per term (fall and spring).
To enroll in the Yale Charge Account Plan, go to Yale Hub. After logging in, select the Student Accounts tab and then Charge Account Authorization.
Items charged through the Yale Charge Account Plan will appear on your Yale student account. Payments for these purchases, and for all other charges, will be due on the last day of the month following the month the charges appear on the student account.
The University may withdraw this privilege from students who do not pay their student account balance on a timely basis.
Your privileges will be deactivated once you separate or graduate from the University.
